These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BhaiFinder (the "App"), the website at bhaifinder.com (the "Website"), and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by BharatAI Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
By ticking "I agree" at sign-up, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing it describes — including your saved content and searches being processed by AI (OpenAI), and the processing needed for optional features (such as Bhai Caller or Instagram saving) when you choose to turn them on.

BhaiFinder is an AI-powered personal memory app. You share content (links, photos, videos, visiting cards, text, PDFs) with BhaiFinder via the OS share sheet or within the app. Our AI automatically categorises, tags, and contextualises what you save, and makes it findable via natural language search. You can also set persistent reminders tied to your saved items.
Other features include: sharing saves and categories with friends and groups you choose (with emoji reactions); Vibe Match, which compares the overall shape of two friends' interests; Bhai Insights, a weekly summary of what you saved; Bhai Caller, an optional AI voice call that rings when a nudge is due; and saving Instagram posts by sending them to, or tagging, @BhaiFinder on Instagram. Features may vary by plan, app version and country.
BhaiFinder is a product of BharatAI Solutions Private Limited, incorporated in India.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use BhaiFinder. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Where BhaiFinder is available. BhaiFinder is currently not offered in the European Economic Area (EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, nor in any country where we, our payment providers or our AI providers are not permitted to operate. We may change where the Service is offered at any time. If you sign up or subscribe from a location where the Service is not offered, we may limit or close your account and, where required by law, refund any unused paid period.
You may sign up with your email address or via Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bhaifinder.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
BhaiFinder accounts are for individual personal use. You may not share your account credentials with others.
You may delete your account at any time from the app (You → Delete account). See Section 10 for what happens to your data.
If you choose a username, other users can find you by it and see your display name. Friends you accept can see your avatar, save streak and save/share counts, and whatever you choose to share with them. Choose a username that does not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights; we may reclaim or change a username that does.
You agree to use BhaiFinder only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of the content you save. By saving content to BhaiFinder, you grant BharatAI Solutions Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
We will never claim ownership over your saved content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you save complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights. We are not responsible for the content you save.
When you save content, it is processed by AI (OpenAI, GPT-4o mini) for categorisation and context extraction. We transmit the content of what you saved to OpenAI's API for this purpose. Where a saved photo contains no readable text, the image itself may be sent once to OpenAI so it can be described — it is not stored by us. Please do not save content that contains highly sensitive personal information (e.g. passwords, Aadhaar numbers, financial account details) as such content may be processed by AI systems.
When you share an item or category with a friend or group, you are responsible for what you share. Recipients receive their own copy, which stays with them even if you later delete yours. Share only with people you know, and only content you have the right to share. If someone shares objectionable content with you or harasses you, you can remove them as a friend or leave the group, and report it to hello@bhaifinder.com. We review reports, may remove content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Bhai Caller is optional and off until you turn it on. When a nudge is due it rings as a call inside the app — it is not a phone call, and the voice you hear is an AI assistant, not a person. The assistant may mishear you or misunderstand; check your nudges in the app if in doubt. Calls may not ring if your phone is offline, in quiet hours, or restricts the app. Do not rely on Bhai Caller for anything urgent, safety-critical, medical or emergency-related. Call audio is processed by OpenAI as described in our Privacy Policy.
Categories, summaries, search results, Bhai Insights headlines, Vibe Match results and some notification wording are generated automatically, including by AI. They are provided for convenience and fun, may be inaccurate, and are not advice of any kind.
If you save posts by messaging or tagging @BhaiFinder on Instagram, your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms. BhaiFinder is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. We save only what you send or tag to us, and that feature may stop working if Meta changes or withdraws it.
BhaiFinder offers a Free Bhai plan at no charge, subject to usage limits (20 saves per month, 10 AI-parsed saves, 2 AI scans, 3 active reminders). Free limits reset on the 1st of each month; paid plan limits refresh on your renewal date. Current limits are always shown in the app.
Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout where supported. The currency and amount that apply to you are always displayed before you confirm payment.
Paid plans unlock higher limits, custom categories, OCR, and advanced search. Full feature details are available at bhaifinder.com/pricing.
Paid plans are bought, changed and cancelled on our Website (bhaifinder.com), not through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase systems.
For customers in India, payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
For customers outside India, payments are currently also processed by Razorpay, in US dollars, using a card issued outside India. In that case BharatAI Solutions Private Limited is the seller.
Where we offer Paddle checkout in your region, payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for those transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase, handles billing and payment collection, and is responsible for charging and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of sale. Your subscription and use of the Service remain governed by these Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable amount unless you cancel before the renewal date.
India: All prices are inclusive of 18% GST. GST invoices are available on request — provide your GSTIN to hello@bhaifinder.com.
Outside India: Where Paddle is the Merchant of Record, applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and collected by Paddle, based on your billing location. The tax amount is shown separately at checkout and on the receipt Paddle issues to you.
Where your payment is processed by Razorpay in US dollars, the amount shown at checkout is the total you are charged. Your bank may add its own foreign-currency or cross-border fees, which are outside our control.
We may change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase affects your existing subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time on the Manage plan page — open it from the You tab in the app, or visit bhaifinder.com/manage-plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.
See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers where the service was not usable due to a technical fault on our side. We do not issue refunds for change of mind.
Referral rewards (such as bonus saves) and promotional gifts have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be changed or ended at any time. Gift campaigns run for a limited period, while stocks last, only in the areas and countries stated on the campaign page, and require an active paid plan as described there. We may withhold or reverse rewards or gifts obtained through fraud, duplicate or fake accounts, or other abuse.
The BhaiFinder name, logo, mascot ("Bhai"), app design, codebase, and all content we produce are the property of BharatAI Solutions Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
The "Bhai" mascot is original IP belonging to BharatAI Solutions Private Limited. You may not reproduce, modify, or use the Bhai mascot for any purpose without our written permission.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, or reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BharatAI Solutions Private Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (or ₹500, whichever is greater).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
When you delete your account:

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
We will give you reasonable notice before termination unless your actions require immediate action (e.g. suspected fraud, illegal activity). Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
BhaiFinder integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (AI, including Bhai Caller voice), Google (Firebase, ML Kit, Sign-In, YouTube), Apple (Sign-In), Meta (Instagram), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Razorpay and Paddle (payments). Your use of these integrations is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via in-app notification or email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by emailing hello@bhaifinder.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU, UK and other jurisdictions with mandatory local consumer rights retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts where applicable law so provides.
