This page covers the app BhaiFinder, published by BharatAI Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
It explains exactly how to delete your BhaiFinder account, what data is deleted, what is retained and for how long. Google Play requires all apps that allow account creation to publish this information. Apple App Store recommends it.
Deletion is carried out inside the app — this page describes the steps. It is not itself a deletion form.

You can delete your account in two ways:
Deletion begins immediately — there is no grace period and no undo. You are signed out straight away.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@bhaifinder.com from your registered email address with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include:
We acknowledge deletion requests within 48 hours and complete them within 7 business days.
Your account and everything linked to it is permanently and irreversibly erased in the same step. Your login stops working at once, you are signed out, and you no longer appear in friend search. This erases:
If you had an active paid subscription, it is cancelled with Razorpay as part of the deletion, so you are not billed again. This process is not reversible.
You can create a new account with the same email, Google or Apple sign-in at any time. It starts empty, because your old data is gone. The one exception is your monthly free allowance: if you sign up again in the same calendar month, the new account starts with the same amount of that month's free saves, AI credits and Bhai Caller calls already used, and with any referral bonus balance you had. This stops deletion from being used to reset free limits. From the 1st of the next month, every account gets the full allowance as usual.
We keep only the following after an account is deleted. None of it contains your saved content, reminders or personal memories:

Payment records and invoices for any paid plan are held by our payment processor, Razorpay, for the period Indian tax and payment regulations require (see below). We do not keep a copy in our own database after your account is deleted.
Some data may be held by our service providers. Deleting your BhaiFinder account does not automatically delete data held by:

You do not have to delete your account to remove your content. You can delete individual items at any time:
When you delete a saved item, its link preview image is not deleted at that moment, because the same public image may be used by other saved items. Preview images no longer used by any saved item are removed in a periodic cleanup.
These actions are immediate and permanent. There is no separate option to bulk-erase one whole data category (for example, "all my reminders") while keeping the account — for a complete wipe, use account deletion above.
